Blumantra was born in 2013 from the intuition that the energy, balance and motivation of collaborators would become increasingly important for the success of the company.
Since then we have assisted the best companies in formulating an effective strategy to improve employee well-being and involvement.
The company was founded by Francesco Bernardi, who gained long experience as a Senior Executive in multinational companies for which he coordinated Corporate Wellbeing and Social Responsibility programs.
The Blumantra team is made up of specialists with specific skills in strategy, training and corporate wellbeing services. Professionals collaborate with us in the fields of Balanced Nutrition, Physical Movement, Correct Posture, Emotional and Cognitive Wellbeing, Neuroscience and other disciplines that contribute to improving health, energy and balance.
