The Corporate Wellbeing Plan is a summary document that summarizes the objectives, deliverables and KPIs defined by the company for its wellbeing project.

Its basis is made up of what emerged from the Wellbeing & Workplace Survey, together with the evidence resulting from the Analysis of the Services Offered. We then proceed to define the “wellbeing model”, specifically designed for your company, which outlines the implementation phases and the areas that will be covered and which will characterize the training activities and services offered. 

Another component of the Plan is the internal and external “communication strategy”, designed to inform and create engagement with the objectives of the plan. The document concludes with the timing of the individual phases, the definition of the human and financial resources expected to support it and the main moments of review and control.
